The questions buyers actually ask, answered without a salesperson

Including the ones agencies prefer you not to ask. If yours is not here, ask a human and we will answer within 24 hours.

Who actually does the work?

Senior specialists at Kadima, a Kadima Digital company. Software collects and measures; humans own scope, judgment and review. Every deliverable passes an adversarial internal QA review before you see it. The full pipeline is on how it works.

How do you use AI, honestly?

Openly. AI accelerates data collection and drafting. Measurements are deterministic and reproducible, every claim traces to captured evidence, and a human-owned quality gate reviews everything before you see it. You are buying judgment and verification, not tokens.

Why are there no discovery calls?

Because prices are public and scope is fixed, there is nothing to negotiate before you buy. A call is available after purchase if you want one. It is never a wall in front of the price.

What if I am not happy with the work?

One revision round is included on everything, and you approve each deliverable before it counts as done. If we cannot deliver what the page promised, you do not pay for it.

Do you offer refunds?

If production has not started, yes, in full. After delivery, the revision round and the approval gate apply: we fix it, or you do not pay for what was promised and not delivered.

How fast is delivery?

Most one-off tasks ship in 4 to 7 business days. Every task page shows its own turnaround next to the price, and the countdown starts when scoping is answered, not when we feel like it.

Do you need access to my website?

Audits need nothing but your URL. Implementation tasks list exactly what they need in the scoping email after checkout, and we ask for the minimum. Nobody needs your hosting password to do keyword research.

Can I cancel a subscription?

Anytime, from your dashboard or by replying to any email from us. Subscriptions bill monthly and stop at the end of the paid period. No lock-in, no exit interview.

Growth Plan versus audit: which one?

The Technical SEO Audit is a deep diagnostic of your site's technical health. The Growth Plan is the 12-month strategy: industry assessment, condensed audit, AEO baseline, keyword map and quarter-by-quarter roadmap. If you are unsure, the plan tells you which tasks you need; that is its job.

Do you work with my industry?

The method adapts by industry rather than being copy-pasted. See SaaS, ecommerce and law firms; more are coming. If yours is unusual, the scoping email is where we confirm fit before work starts.
