The Growth Plan · the anchor product

Six months of SEO and AEO, decided in advance.

Most businesses do not fail at SEO because they work too little. They fail because they work on the wrong things in the wrong order: content written for pages Google cannot crawl, links built before there is anything worth linking to, months spent on keywords that were never winnable. The Growth Plan exists to end that. It is a board-ready, six-month strategy built from your live website and your real search market, where every month names what gets done, why it moves the goal, what it costs, and the number that proves it worked.

Six months is a deliberate choice. It is long enough for search engines to reward real work, and short enough that every goal stays honest. A twelve-month promise lets an agency hide for a year. A six-month plan has to show its receipts.

In one sentence: the Kadima Growth Plan is a $295 six-month SEO and AEO strategy, built from a live measurement of your website and your real Google results, that tells you exactly what to do each month, what it costs, and how success is proven.
01

Why plans beat activity

SEO is a sequencing problem disguised as an effort problem. The same five tasks, run in the right order, compound: technical fixes make pages crawlable, on-page work makes them rank, content earns the demand, authority defends it, and measurement proves it. Run in the wrong order, the identical work cancels itself out, and nobody can say why the invoices keep coming while the traffic does not.

Agencies profit from that confusion. A retainer without a plan is a subscription to activity, and activity is easy to produce. The Growth Plan takes the opposite position: decide everything up front, in writing, with numbers, and let the work be judged against the plan that ordered it. If a month's milestone does not move its metric, you will know, because the metric and the month are printed next to each other.

Every milestone names its task, its fixed price, your team's part, and the number that proves it worked. Nothing hides.
02

We measure before we write a word

Most strategy documents begin as templates with your logo dropped in. Ours begins with instruments. Before anything is written, our systems fetch your live website and score ten technical and AI-readiness signals, from structured data and canonicals to sitemap health and llms.txt, into a baseline score out of 100. That number is your starting line, printed in the plan, and the whole engagement is judged against it.

Then we probe your actual search results. Not "the industry", yours. We pull the live Google results for your category's buying queries and record who owns them, where your domain currently stands, and, increasingly decisive, whether an AI Overview already sits above the organic results. In many categories it now does, which means part of your six months belongs to AEO: making your brand the one AI engines cite when your buyers ask.

Evidence in, evidence out

Your baseline score, your SERP owners, and your AI-answer exposure are measured on the day the plan is written, and re-measurable on any day after. The included 90 days of weekly rank tracking means that by the halfway mark, the plan is showing movement against its own starting line. No agency theatre survives that.

Inside the document, page by page

1p
The one page your board reads

The entire situation in one honest page: where you stand, what is winnable in six months, what it costs, and how success is measured. Written to be forwarded to the person who signs things.

0-100
Your measured baseline

The ten-signal score with each signal named: what is already in place, in green, and what is missing, in coral. This is the number month six is judged against.

SERP
The battlefield

Who actually owns your search results, by name, with appearance counts from live probes. Plus your current footholds and how many buyer queries already show AI answers above the results.

V×W
The opportunity map

Your demand clusters scored by value times winnability, adjusted by what actually sits on the SERP, and split into now, next and later, each with the page that should win it and the asset it needs.

M1-6
The six-month roadmap

Month by month: what gets done, why it moves the goal, which fixed-price task delivers it, what your team owns, and the metric that confirms it. Every line is executable, by us or by you.

KPI
The KPI panel and risk register

The four to six numbers we track, each with baseline and six-month target, plus the three honest risks to this plan and exactly what we do if they hit.

XLS
The working spreadsheet

The full roadmap, opportunity map and KPI panel as a file with status, owner and due-date columns. Your team can assign the six months the same afternoon.

05

What it costs, and the logic

The Growth Plan is $295, one price for everyone. Comparable discovery engagements at traditional agencies run $1,000 to $2,500, and they are usually the unpaid-for prelude to a retainer pitch. Ours is priced to be a decision anyone can make in an afternoon, because the plan is also how you evaluate us: if the thinking is not obviously worth ten times the price, you have lost $295 and gained a document your team can still execute alone.

Every milestone in the roadmap shows our fixed price for the done-for-you option, and the arithmetic is printed honestly. There is no obligation to buy a single one. The plan stands alone by design, and the working spreadsheet means your own team can run the entire six months without ever speaking to us again. Most clients do not choose that, but the fact that they could is exactly what keeps the plan honest.

06

Who this is for, and who it is not

Built for you if

  • You own a real business with a working website and you want organic search and AI answers to become a channel, not a mystery.
  • You have budget for execution, yours or ours, and you want it spent in the right order.
  • You are done paying retainers for activity you cannot connect to results.

Not for you if

  • You need guaranteed rankings on a date. Nobody honest sells that, and the plan will not pretend to.
  • Your site is mid-migration or about to be rebuilt; run Migration Support first, then plan.
  • You want someone to say your current approach is fine. We measure; the measurement decides.
07

Asked before buying

What do you need from me?

Your domain, your industry and market, and your growth goal in your own words. Search Console access speeds us up but is optional; without it the baseline uses external data and says so honestly.

Is this a template with my logo on it?

No. The baseline is measured from your live site, the battlefield from your live search results, and the roadmap is sequenced from both. Two businesses never receive the same plan, because two businesses never measure the same.

Why six months and not twelve?

Because honesty compounds faster than promises. Six months is enough for search engines to reward real work, and short enough that every target stays accountable. Month six ends with a review against the original baseline and, if the evidence supports it, the next six months, planned the same way.

What if I want changes?

Up to three revision rounds with your direction are included, and nothing counts as done until you approve it in your order room.

Do I have to buy the tasks in the plan?

No. Every milestone is executable by your own team with the spec in hand. Our fixed price is simply printed next to each one so the done-for-you option is never a negotiation.
